On receiving Your complaint, Sri Krishna Pearls shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Sri Krishna Pearls is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Sri Krishna Pearls will start initiate the replacement process.
In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
Please notify Sri Krishna Pearls of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Sri Krishna Pearls shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
Products should be unused.
Sri Krishna Pearls will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner. If Sri Krishna Pearls is unable to do so, Sri Krishna Pearls will notify You regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Sri Krishna Pearls.
