1. At Sri Krishna Pearls we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above 1501/-.
bellow order of 1500/- shipping charges 200/- will be applied.

2. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

In case there are any customizations needed, we will inform you of the shipping times separately via mail, phone or SMS.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mondays through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes or any other social disruptions.

4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

We do not accept any cancellation request once an order is placed.

In the rare case where you wish to change the shipping address,we will be able to accept changes only before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped we will be unable to accept any request for change of shipping address.
