Refund policy

At Sri Krishna Pearls Dealer, customer satisfaction, authenticity, and product quality are our highest priorities. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Eligibility for Return

A product will be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and invoice.
  • The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, tampering, or wear.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards and the delicate nature of jewellery, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings, nose pins, and piercing jewellery.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
  • Products purchased during sale or special promotional offers (unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect).

100% Authenticity & Quality Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the authenticity and craftsmanship of our jewellery.

  • In the event that any pearl supplied by us is verified to be artificial or non-genuine, Sri Krishna Pearls will issue a 100% refund of the purchase amount.
  • If the necklace is delivered in a damaged condition or is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, upon verification, arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund equivalent to 100% of the purchase value.
  • If the product delivered does not correspond with the item ordered, you shall be entitled to a 100% refund upon confirmation of the discrepancy.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a free return pickup within India or provide detailed return instructions.
  3. All returned products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
  4. We will arrange a free return pick up if Return pick up is serviceable pincode

When is a 100% Refund or Replacement applicable?

Refunds are not given for change-of-mind.
We only issue a 100% refund or replacement in these specific scenarios:

  • Authenticity: 100% Refund if the pearls are proven to be fake or artificial.
  • Damaged/Defective: 100% Replacement or Refund if the necklace arrives damaged.
  • Wrong Item: 100% Refund if we shipped an item other than what you ordered.

Important Requirement: Any claims for damage or incorrect items must be reported on the same day of delivery accompanied by an unboxing video. This prevents the misuse of our policy and ensures all genuine customers receive pristine, untouched jewelry.

What if my Mother, Wife or the person I am buying as a gift didn’t like the product?

Since our jewelry features natural pearls and gemstones, every piece is one-of-a-kind. We always use unedited, real photos of our products so you know exactly what you are buying.

Because we cannot accept returns on items that may have been worn or used, we strongly encourage you to request live photos or videos from us before making your purchase.

Every natural pearl and precious gemstone we offer is a unique creation of nature. To preserve the exclusivity and quality of our pieces, we do not offer returns based on a change of mind.

We take great care to display true-to-life, unedited photography of our collection. If you would like to see a live photo or video of a specific piece before buying, please contact us — we are always happy to assist you.

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide product exchanges. This ensures you still get a piece you love while helping us maintain our quality standards.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will happily cover the shipping fees for your new item.

To ensure you end up with the perfect piece, we offer a flexible exchange policy in place of returns. If you wish to swap your item for something else, simply cover the return shipping costs, and we will take care of the shipping fees to send your new selection out to you.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is completely FREE within India for approved return requests.
  • Customers are not required to pay any return courier charges for eligible returns.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note that the actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at shrekrishnaradhee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon receiving your complaint, Sri Krishna Pearls will verify the authenticity and nature of the claim. If the complaint is found to be genuine, the replacement process will be initiated at the earliest.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, kindly ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Sri Krishna Pearls must be notified within 24 hours of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, certificates (if applicable), and the original invoice.
  • The return package must be securely and properly packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Sri Krishna Pearls will arrange pickup through its logistics partner wherever available. In cases where pickup is not serviceable, customers may be required to dispatch the product through a reputed courier service. Approved courier charges will be reimbursed as per company policy.

All returned products are subject to verification and inspection. If the claim is found to be invalid or the product does not meet the exchange conditions, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Return or exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items that fail quality inspection.
  • This policy applies to orders delivered within India only.
