Shipping & Delivery
Sri Krishna Pearls Dealer ships all orders from India using reputed national courier partners.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Time:
Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 7–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
Shipping Costs:
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1501 within India.
- A shipping charge of ₹200 applies for orders ₹1500 and below.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
Return & Exchange Shipping:
Return and exchange shipping costs are FREE for eligible items within 7 days of delivery (as described on our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy page).
Delivery Days:
Courier delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Delayed Delivery:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, natural calamities, or courier service disruptions.
Cancellations & Address Changes:
- We do not accept cancellation requests once an order is placed.
- Address changes are accepted only before dispatch.
